We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

### Returns & Exchanges

* Returns or exchanges are accepted **within 14 days of delivery**

* Items must be **unused, unworn, unwashed**, and in **original condition**

* Original packaging must be included when applicable

### Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items **cannot be returned**:

* **Durags**

* **Hair care products**

* **Sale / clearance items**

* **Limited edition or exclusive drops**

### Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with:

* Your order number

* Clear photos of the issue

We’ll make it right with a **replacement or store credit**.

### Refunds

* Approved refunds are issued to the **original payment method**

* Shipping costs are **non-refundable**

* Refunds are processed within **5–7 business days** after approval

### Exchanges

* If you need a different size or item, exchanges are allowed based on availability

* Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Due to hygiene reasons, durags are final sale. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
